That is interesting - and looking at the plane, as it is reconstructed of debris, reminded me of MH17 - the one shot sown over Ukraine ... BY ...WHO? And forgive me, another one where we are kept utterly ignorant - or lied at: MH370.

Let me tell you: In the 1960ies, I served in NATO airspace supervision = EARLY WARNING - and, at that time, there were still rules observed and respected: No civilian plane would ever be involved or dragged into military operations: THAT WAS OUT!

I found later, some very bad cases where this had, obviously, been taken off the rule book:

- One of the worst was the South Korean B747 Jumbo that was used as "Spying Decoy" over Soviet Sachalin - and shot down, with over 300 dead. The Soviet pilot cannot be blamed, as the plane was sent to provoke, tarted up as "spy plane" - obviously "thinking" that somehow its civilian nature would be detected - BUT HOW? THIS WAS PLAIN MASS MURDER B US MILITARY AND SECRET SERVICES!

- A different matter was the Iranian Airbus A300 with 290 passengers and crew on the way to Mecca which was shot down by missile from the USS Vincennes, as it had just started from Bandar Abbas airport at the Strait of Hormus. The Captain of the Vincennes claimed that the plane was "mistaken" for an attacking war plane - but that is too stupid for a lie: Vincennes had the most modern aircraft indentification system 'Aegis' on board - AND the ship had entered Iranian sovereign waters - it looks as being in the take-off path of that airport.

We all know about the Malayan B777 over DonBass - but the missile hit must have been before that terrain, because a plane at, say 800kmh, does not drop down like a stone fro a wall. One question is also "missile hit", because there were impacts on the front of the wings that looked like cannon shot.

The main problem in this case was that the country which should, by law, have taken on the investigation: the owning authority of Malaysia, was excluded from the whole process, before it had all been touched - and possibly falsified, as all those involved were interested parties: NATO! This led also to many pieces of doubtful "evidence" being brought before a "presumably biased" court, while evidence from non-NATO sources was excluded. [two Ukrainian fighter jets had been seen in the area not far away in time - and the Ukrainian airforce refused present its always present) flight recordings).

A similar lack of air force recordings occured in the context of another Malaysian B777: MH370 - ALLEGEDLY missing in the Southern Indian Ocean, at level with Australia. That plane started from Kuala Lumpur and went on the way to Beijing (China) - but it is said that it did a 180degree turn and came back via Malaya, Aceh and out into the Indian Ocean, to do a 90 degree turn down South and fully disappearing - presumed sunk in the ocean. - The pilot, it is said, committed suicide.

That whole story is hardly believed by anyone, and many solutions have been offered - but none of them convincing: plane-napping and DiegoGarcia (US station), a B777 was sighted parked at Haifa airport (Israel), and parts of B777 planes floating in places.... etc. Bu i all this, ONE PLACE TO SEARCH has never been touched - and that is about the place where the pilot is said to have turned around: the South of the Gulf of Siam, still well before the tip of Cambodia/Vietnam, where US and Thai air forces were holding maneuvres at the critical time. - There is, of course, a recording of the plane / OR A PLANE flew back over Malaya, Aceh and out there - BUT WHAT PLANE? - A military decoy? Possible.

It would be a quick reaction - straight after the "mistake" - a decoy laying a trace to far away..... So, nobody will ever know the truth.

THAT KIND OF THING DID NOT HAPPEN IN MY TIME IN AIR CONTROL. BUT MUCH IS POSSIBLE NOW
